Steve Hicks, Broker/Owner of Keller Williams Realty in El Paso is re-introducing the Dash For Cash 2 into the El Paso market.

“As most REALTORS in El Paso know, our current market has an over supply of available homes.” commented Hicks.

This program allows sellers an opportunity to call attention to their home and brings added excitement in to the process of getting those homes sold. REALTORS who sell homes that are part of the program are eligible for a cash drawing that will be held monthly as eligible listings are sold and closed. The location and time of the drawing will be announced and participating REALTORS will be notified as the date approaches.

“This is similar to the market during the ‘90’s when we first introduced Dash for Cash. The program was a huge success and we anticipate even better results this time,” said Hicks.
