The seller must agree to the Dash For Cash listing addenda to become a Dash For Cash property. Once we have the signed addenda the property is placed into the Dash For Cash inventory and will receive the Dash For Cash promotion.  Drawing will be held on a monthly basis, with the first drawing tentatively scheduled for August 2008. Location and time of the drawing will be announced and eligible REALTORS will be notified in advance. Eligible REALTORS must be present at the drawing location.

                        20% To Marketing Costs

When a property is placed into the Dash For Cash inventory then it must stay in the Dash For Cash. This additional fee can't be negotiated at a later date.
